Cingular have today announced the availability of Sony-Ericsson's W600i walkman phone. This slick little orange (!) phone features Bluetooth, infrared, serial, and USB connectivity, as well as audio playback of MP3 and AAC tracks. There is also a full-featured email client and mediocre web browser (Netfront, not Opera) to take advantage of the handset's EDGE capability. A 1.3 megapixel camera rounds off the package. The phone also comes with stereo headphones. The major drawback of this phone is a comparatively paltry (in music terms) 256MB memory. The phone is not yet available on Cingular's website, but retail prices are expected to start at around $200.
