It's official! The new Sony Ericsson W999i is now at the top of our most-wanted phone list, replacing SE's previous
M600. We previously had difficulties choosing between the M600 for it's good-for-fat-fingers rocker-style keyboard or the
W950 for it's massive memory. For us this new W999i is the perfect combination of keyboard, capacity (we're assuming that being the latest and greatest of the Walkman series it will have at least a couple gigs), screen size, operating system and call quality. (The
iPhone would be at the top of the list if it were available in Europe anytime soon and didn't require a bank loan).
It is said to come with HSDPA support, 2.4 inch 262k color screen with a QVGA resolution, and a 2 megapixel camera with autofocus, FM Radio, and only 12.5-milimeters thick.
