Cingular has launched its second HSDPA capable handset, the Samsung ZX20. We first saw this handset at CES. Cingular began shipping its first HSDPA handset, LG's CU500, back in July. The ZX20 is an an update to the ZX10, adding both the aforementioned HSDPA and Bluetooth.
